Dodge.

hmm yes well today was kinda a dodgy day, didn't really do all that much- went for a walk/run this morning, which was good. really nice weather for it too- not too hot/cold. noticed the ppl up the street from us were getting ready to move house. they had full removal trucks and shipping containers as well! (cos they're moving to the US). hmm it seems everyone on my street (well the top half anyways) is moving/leasing :S
after, went driving! like a full hour :P (or thereabouts). drove to church and back cos we needed to pick something up. but yeah getting more and more confident these days.. not as scared as i was when i first started :D but sadly.. i'm only halfway there! oh well.

anyways came back and decided to ring up Lollipops, seeing as i hadn't heard from them at all yesterday/last nite- when the guy said that he'd call. lol but thing was, i didnt' even know what the guy's name was (the dude that interviewed me... fail). so i just rang them up and asked if they had already decided on who would be hired and all that; i was put through to another manager dude, who then told me that they were still going through interviews and that 'Phil' (i.e the interviewer guy) would only get back to us when they were done with the interviews.. i.e. Thursday night, or Friday morning at the latest :S grr was kinda annoyed though seeing as Phil himself told me he would ring yesterday -___-...very dodge. sooo that was the first dodgy part of my day :(

after that, had lunch n then went to drop by at Penno franklins to pick up some stuff for dinner. yesterday when we went to the library we also dropped by franklins to pick up some stuff.. and I noticed they had a sign up saying they were hiring stocktake casuals for next Wednesday! so I went to the info desk to get a form and i was told to bring it back completed and with my passport. so that was straight forward. what i forgot to do though was ask when it was due in by :S so when I turned up this arvo to drop it off..... they said it had closed already! as in it had closed yesterday- the same day I picked up the form!!! :( grr the lady could have at least told me yesterday that it was due in, so i could have gone home and filled it out and got my passport etc. -____- but yeah. nothing much i can do about it now i suppose.

anyways. that was my dodge day. hoping i can at least get feedback about the interview soon and not be left in the dark.. expecting a call (like i did all of today) when I shouldn't have been.
oh and also i've got a RICE planning meeting with my games team next tues, in the city i think? think we're planning to have yum cha and meeting after (or other way round) but still should be good, although i think we still need photostudio lighting..which i have no idea where we're gonna get it from :S
ohhh and i finally registered for MYC yesterday! lol, after about 2 months i'd say. i kept putting it off, mainly cos i couldn't be bothered.. even though i was telling everyone i was going- which wassss true! but yeah at least it's official now. oh and i also still get the 'early-bird' rate (or the 'first-timers' rate) which is good :D:D
